HEY, I'M NIKI
I'm a human-centered researcher.
I have a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon.
I research how people interact with technology, then design experiences that actually work for them - whether that's products, services, or systems.
Most recently, I led research at Honda Research Institute on AI decision-support systems for manufacturing executives. Before that, I was a Product/UX researcher at PrescriberPoint and studied Creative Computing at SMU.
